There was a mechanic there who owned three TT's himself. He was the only one who I would let work on my car. Then he quit and I never went back. I've always said if you know and trust the mechanic who is doing the work, then it really doesn't matter if he's working at a dealership, MIDAS, PEP Boys, or out of his own home, as long as he knows what he is doing. I am surprised that your dealership could send the mechanic back to a place where they would still teach the z32.
